NB: In the following discussion the Free Palestine Movement includes not only non-Muslims from the democratic West and elsewhere, but also the Muslim followers of Islamic ideology. 

1. Poster horror

Early in 2024 two posters began circulating amongst the Free Palestine movement, following on the horrific brutality of the HAMAS invasion of Israel on 7 October 2023 (Robb 2024, Weiss 2026). They are known to have appeared in New York, Toronto, Canada, and Sydney, Australia. The posters reflected the brutality of the invasion and the hatred of the Jewish people and the State of Israel. However, they also carried that hatred on to an even more brutal and barbaric level. Unfortunately, the text was a reflection of the Islamic ideology which had driven such attacks against Jews since the time of Muhammad in 622AD. The posters - one of which is reproduced above, stated the following:

Rape is Resistance - Free Palestine by any means necessary

Babies are occupiers too  - Free Palestine by any means necessary

Immediately it was asserted that these posters were designed, printed and distributed by Jewish organisations seeking to besmirch the reputation and intent of the Free Palestine movement. No evidence was ever presented to support this accusation. Therefore, in light of other posters and slogans adopted by the movement, with similar though not as overtly stated intent, that claim should be dismissed. Those other slogans included the following:
